5 Things to Do at CPHI Frankfurt 2025
The 5 things you must do at CPHI Frankfurt 2025!
With just a few weeks to go, the countdown to CPHI Frankfurt 2025 is officially on. This year’s show takes place between 28th–30th October at the Messe Frankfurt complex. Attendees will be able to connect with more than 62,000 pharma professionals and 2,400 exhibitors from over 170 countries, making it not only Europe’s largest pharma gathering but a global meeting point for the entire supply chain. Frankfurt’s central location, international airport and fast rail links make it one of the easiest CPHI destinations to access. Once inside, the scale of the halls and the sheer range of companies can be overwhelming.

That is why it’s worthwhile to plan your visit carefully and prioritise the activities and events that will add the most value.
This year we have selected five unmissable opportunities and activities.
5 things to do at CPHI Frankfurt
1. Attend the CPHI Celebration 2025
CPHI Celebration is an evening where networking, recognition, and celebration all come together. It is a gathering of pharma’s elite with over 1,400 participants from more than 70 countries, with 400+ C-level executives expected to attend.
Taking place on October 28th from 18:00 to 22:00 at the Forum, Messe Frankfurt, the CPHI Celebration promises food, awards, live music, drinks, thoughtful conversation and the chance to relax in a more social setting after the busy show floor. Attending this event is all about visibility, building relationships and being seen by peers and potential partners.
2. Join the Orientation Marketing CPHI Frankfurt Beer and Sausage Trail
We’re happy to announce that our "Best of CPHI Trail" is continuing for a second year, inspired by last year’s Wine Trail, this year sees the launch of the Beer and Sausage Trail. A curated route around select exhibitor booths offering German beers and local sausages with a side of informal networking.
Taking place on Wednesday 29th October and starting at 5pm, participants will be able to follow a mapped route of stands offering classic and craft beers and regional sausages. It’s an ideal way to meet exhibitors you might otherwise miss and to enjoy a German flavour to elevate your CPHI experience.
Register in advance for the trail and for further information and updates via email about the beers/sausages and exhibitors taking part. More information on the Beer and Sausage Trail coming soon!
3. Sit in on at Least One Panel/Talk
Frankfurt’s conference programme is packed with panels, keynotes and technical sessions on everything from Sustainability to Packaging & Device Innovation.
With over 100 content sessions, including panel talks, it’s an excellent opportunity to hear first-hand insights from industry leaders, regulators and innovators, and to join the conversation on some of pharma’s most pressing topics.
Look out for our pick of keynotes, panels and discussions to attend from the CPHI Frankfurt agenda.
4. Take Part in the Social Events
Frankfurt’s CPHI will feature its most extensive programme of social gatherings yet, from informal mixers and happy hours to the CPHI Celebration itself. These events are where genuine relationships are forged away from the booths and panels. Expect DJs, themed networking zones, live entertainment and a celebratory atmosphere marking CPHI’s ongoing growth. Rather than trying to attend everything, choose a few key events and make time for meaningful conversations.
5. Explore the CPHI Mentorship Programme
The CPHI Mentorship Programme pairs experienced leaders with early-career professionals. Whether you’re seeking a mentor or looking to share your expertise, it’s one of the most structured and rewarding ways to deepen your industry engagement. This is a great opportunity with an onsite programme and access to an exclusive networking party. To secure your space make sure to sign up through the CPHI platform before you arrive in Frankfurt.
