1. CRM

SharpSpring’s CRM feature is one of its most important features. It helps manage all your company’s contacts with an unlimited capacity as well as being easy to use. The CRM allows you to enter a contacts phone number and email, then afterwards you can use the search function to find the contact easily by searching their name or you can use the Account function. Here you can create an account for another company which holds all the contacts within that company so if you are wanting to find a contact easily you can search the company name and all the contacts under that umbrella will come up. 2. EMAIL INTEGRATION

This allows you to track all emails you send within SharpSpring. The ‘Life of the Lead’ feature within each contact shows all emails sent between you and the contact, as well as all of the behavioural data from the website. This helps show what links within your emails the contact has clicked and therefore can see their interaction with the emails. The email design feature within SharpSpring comes in very handy with this. As you can create the emails you want to send within the system with their many email templates.

3. VISITOR ID

With Visitor ID this allows you to track web visitors without them filling out a form. This shows you what pages of your website they were on and subsequently generates a lead score for this contact. At present this is limited to the actual company name or the ISP - and does not offer the same amount of information as a dedicated visitor identification software such as Leadforensics - but it does offer marketers relevant information should you be targeting large organisations who are likely to be in the ID database.

4. FORM CREATION

A good way to generate leads on your website is through forms which you can easily create through SharpSpring. This is a great way of getting potential customers to put their contact details into your database. From this you can the different leads you have generated from the forms and therefore add these contacts to different workflows so that you remain in contact with them to eventually turn them from a lead into a client. An autocomplete option is also available for regular visitors, making your website not only visually pleasant but improving conversion rates as well. Fields from third-party and native forms can also be mapped using the tool.

5. MANAGE SOCIAL CONTENT

This function allows you to publish social media posts through SharpSpring and, set the date and time you want posts to go out. This is a great way of planning ahead and making sure you get out the best content at a good time that suits your followers. For example, you can set a post to go out at 11pm which could suit customers in America who will see the post go out at 6pm, a possible prime time for people to be engaging with social media posts. This way you don’t have to worry about your post going out at the correct time as it is all done for you. Afterwards you can look in the calendar on SharpSpring and see all your scheduled posts for the future.

6. CREATE LANDING PAGES

Within SharpSpring it is easy to create landing pages for your website. This is a great feature as not only is no coding required but, you can also choose a layout from one of the many available on SharpSpring and publish it on your website within minutes. This allows you to manage all potential clients from one place. These are made possible with the tool’s easy-to-use interface that comes with point and click functionalities.

7. BLOG BUILDER

This function allows you create and manage your blog all in one place. It’s quick and easy to us and you don’t need to know HTML to create a blog through SharpSpring. Another good thing about this feature is that you can link your company’s blog analytics with the CRM. This means you can easily track every visit to each page of your blog. Also, you can add a link which leads to external content, for example downloadable content, which helps track who is clicking these links and therefore reading your blog.

8. BUILD VISUAL AUTOMATION WORKFLOWS

Visual Automation Workflows allow you to make the digital journey for a potential client. Here you can set up different paths you may take when sending follow up emails. This allows you to see whether a contact could turn into a potential customer. Its “after-the-click” tracking veers away from traditional email services, allowing users to send personalised messages. This results in providing leads with the appropriate information during important phases of the purchase process.

9. ROI TRACKING

Within SharpSpring there is the ROI Tracking feature which allows you to measure campaigns and measure marketing channels which in the end helps to generate leads. These leads can be assigned to campaigns by landing page and then tracked until they become opportunities and customers. SharpSpring also offers simple google ads integration. Here you can track your paid search campaigns and subsequently make more cost-effective decisions with a full understanding of search engine marketing ROI and learn how to target your Google Ads bids. SharpSpring also recognises different devices that a contact may use to visit your site. Therefore, you can track your customers journey and follow where all leads come from even offline.

SOME OF THE KEY FEATURES (THERE ARE MORE)

This is just some of the great features SharpSpring has to offer. As a platform, they really do provide an all-round system which makes for a great marketing tool. The wide range of features allows you to manage your clients and your own inbound marketing campaigns without having to move off to another software. This is a huge benefit for pharma marketers who are looking for a great all-round marketing tool which will help them be more successful in generating leads.
